Job Description:
- Design and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
- Create solution designs to address client business, interface and performance requirements.
- Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions that include MS CRM, third-party integrations, and customizations.
- Create functional requirements and designs for customizations.
- Create accurate estimates for implementation tasks.
- Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to clients and mentor team members.
- Assist in data migration (data mapping) from external systems into MS CRM
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM.
- Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation.
- Familiarity with the O365 platform, specifically its integration features with Dynamics CRM, including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote.
- Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL.
- Experience with SSIS or other ETL technologies.
- Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints would be advantageous.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for articulating technical specifications.
