Architectural Coordinator
The Architectural Coordinator oversees architectural works, ensuring design intent is accurately executed on-site. They coordinate between architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure that construction complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
· Review projects specifications and technical issues and detailing;
· Check and monitor preparation, updating and submissions of shop drawings and As-built drawings;
· Monitor construction progress to align with the architectural design
· Maintain regular interfacing with external & internal members of project team;
· Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations;
· Plan architectural procurements, do co-ordination of interfaces with structure and M&E.
· Check and monitor materials selection and usage, cost control and wastages;
· Ensure timely and smooth progress of work and maintain proper documentations of site activities and Client’s instructions;
· Conduct site inspections and resolve any architectural discrepancies
· Ensure quality of works and detailing is achieved, and complied with any safety regulation and maintainability.
· Support project management and provide technical input as required.
Requirements
· Recognised Degree in Architecture or equivalent with at least 2 years working experience in building or construction projects
· Good knowledge in architectural works
· Good Planning Skills
· Good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
· Knowledge of BIM / VDC technology and Proficient in AutoCAD will be an added advantage
· Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
Note : Candidates with more experiences and proven leadership and able to work independently will be considered for senior role.
