- Understand and challenge our various stakeholders
- Analyze and evaluate the business processes, products and services
- Identify the impact on interfacing solutions
- Evaluate requirements, design, develop and implement software solutions following the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Review test cases, support of the testing colleagues in test design and execution
- Collaborate with other global IT and business teams
- Work with business stakeholders and IT SMEs and developers to define and document requirements
- Provide 3rd level support for software releases and PROD issues as required
Your team:
You will be working as Software Engineer in the API Banking and Client Reporting stream. You will be responsible for software deliverables, providing L3 support and will be working closely with teams in APAC and Switzerland in the area of Client Reporting.
Your expertise:
- Minimally 6 years of experience in mainframe domain (COBOL, JCL, DB2/SQL)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Ability to pre-empt and solve problems
- Experienced in workin in a Scrum/Agile setup
- Experience in providing 3rd level support and testing support along with development skills
- Test automation experience will be an added advantage
