Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks, primarily handling customer orders and coordinating product delivery schedules
- Coordinate with various offices in Shenzhen, Vietnam and Japan to handle the order
- Taking over administrative tasks from their foreign office(closing in May)
Requirements
- Min 2 years of working experience
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and Japanese to liaise with stakeholders

- Experience as trade administration or logistics operation
