Job description:
- Reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.
- Preparing Bills of Quantities.
- Understanding tender/contract document/specifications/terms of contract.
- Analysing quotations/prices/rates, build-up rates and perform pricing.
- Preparing variation claims/project payment claims
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
- Any other assigned job as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience as Quantity Surveyor in HDB project/construction.
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Able to work independently
