Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workflows, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Solution Design: Work with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Testing and Validation: Assist in the testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific industry tools or software relevant to the business sector.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
