Job Description
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute a sales strategy, maintaining a pipeline of prospective customers to achieve revenue growth for semiconductor equipment and test socket products.
- Customer Relationship & Technical Support: Build long-term relationships with key customers, providing technical expertise and consultative support for optimal product usage.
- Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, analyse competitors, and communicate customer needs to influence product development and maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Marketing) to align offerings with market demands, support product promotion, and ensure smooth delivery and post-sales service.
The Successful Applicant
- About 3 years of B2B experience in Business Development & Sales in the Electronics industry - with a target market in the Semiconductor sector
- Experienced as an Individual Contributor with strong hunting responsibilities
- Comfortable with frequent regional travelling (about 50%)
