We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team and help us redefine the future of pediatric therapy.
The Role:
- Conduct initial assessments and provide targeted intervention for a diverse caseload of children with speech and language needs.
- Share assessment results and progress with parents, ensuring they understand their child’s development and progress.
- Develop individualized goals and intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Deliver ongoing therapy sessions to children.
- Guide parents on strategies to support their child’s speech and language development at home.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay Package: Commensurate with qualifications and relevant work experience, with a minimum of 20% above current salary for candidates working in Singapore (public or private sector).
- Flexible Work Arrangement: 27 hours on-site required weekly (22 hours of direct clinical client-facing work, and 5 hours of meetings). All other administrative tasks can be done remotely.

Requirements:
- Degree in Speech Therapy recognized by AHPC.
- Eligible for or registered with the Allied Health Professional Council Singapore.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience. New graduates with prior experience working with the pediatric population or related placements will be considered.
- Candidates with supervisory experience will be considered for a Senior Speech Therapist position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates are an advantage.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
