Job Opportunity: Business Development Lead – Payment Solutions

A leading fintech company with a presence across asia is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to help drive the growth and adoption of its innovative payment solutions. The company is committed to empowering businesses of all sizes with simple, smart technology, and aims to be the preferred business platform for merchants across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Senior Management to define and implement actionable business strategies for promoting payment solutions.
  • Mentor, guide, and provide hands-on support to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
  • Manage and track leads and opportunities effectively, providing regular updates to enhance sales performance.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of top accounts and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 8 years of hands-on experience in Business Development or Sales, with a strong track record of driving sales and forming strategic alliances.
  • Business Development Expertise: Skilled in prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals, with a focus on new business growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Ability to actively mentor and support sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and listening abilities.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated success in navigating fast-paced environments and achieving business objectives.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and sales reports for tracking and analysis.
