Assistant IT Manager (F&B)

Paul Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform project management of IT initiatives (event, promotion)
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services (POS function/price update)
  • Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancement
  • Manage external IT vendors relationships and services
  • Installation and configuration computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Work closely with IT HQ to implement and manage systems
  • Responding to technical breakdowns and resolution
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Repairing IT equipment and replacing parts
  • Management of stocks of IT equipment and other supplies
  • Inventory system management (Axapta)


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Good attitude and willing to learn with excellent communication and analytical with good time management, good problem-solving skills and documentation skills
  • A motivated team player with strong qualities to lead and work in a challenging environment with tight timeline
  • Willing to travel and able to work in either office hours or rotating shifts, weekends and overtime if required
  • Ability to work independently with strong drive and willingness to take up challenges.
