Responsibilities


1.Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Data Cloud and Service Cloud Development

  • Custom Development: Leverage extensive engineering experience to develop and maintain custom solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless functionality and optimization.
  • Feature Implementation: Use Salesforce tools (e.g., Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Interaction Studio, Datorama, Einstien, ) to design customer journeys, hyper-personalized experiences with automated workflows and data intelligence
  • Service Cloud Integration: Facilitate the integration of Marketing Cloud with Service Cloud, allowing customer data to flow smoothly between platforms and ensuring a unified view of the customer experience.


2. Advanced Coding and Customization

  • Lightning Web Components: Create responsive, user-friendly UI components using Lightning Web Components to enhance user interfaces and improve functionality across platforms and use data from backend to integrate apps.
  • AMPscript and SQL for Marketing Cloud: Use advance AMPscript to personalize communications and SQL for querying data within Marketing Cloud, optimizing for audience targeting and report generation.


3. CI/CD and Best Practice Implementation

  • Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews and apply Salesforce best practices, optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Exprience of handling complex platform teams that previously worked on CI CD tools and processes.

4. System Architecture and Technical Project Leadership

  • System Design and Architecture: Design scalable system architectures that align with business requirements, integrating various Salesforce components and third-party systems where needed.
  • Mentoring and Team Development: Mentor junior engineers, helping them develop skills in Salesforce development, integration practices, and project management.

5. Collaboration and Communication

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align development efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Vendor Management: Work closely with vendor teams to ensure resolution of platform issues and implementation of features within platform
  • This combination of technical and leadership activities supports the development and integration of custom Salesforce solutions, emphasizing collaboration, best practices, and mentorship to drive team success.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree - Technical degree related to Computing, Engineering, or Math
  • 6+ years of exprience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Data Cloud and Service Cloud Development working with major accounts or clients.
  • 4+ years of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement CI/CD processes within the Salesforce environment, setting up automation for testing, validation, and deployment.
  • 4+ years of exprience of designing architecture and strategy for atleast 5 or more clients.
  • Project Leadership: Lead technical projects, including gathering requirements, consulting on technical strategy, designing solutions, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
  • Have working knowledge of handling data privacy with PII
  • Working experience of handling multiple vendors and having worked with major clients with data size more than 1M contacts.
  • Experience setting up Salesforce Environment
  • Technical, Funcational and business analysis experience to be able to talk to clients on requirements, consult on best practices and develop required features on the platform.
  • Exprience of building custom code modules and custom dashboards for clients like retail, social media tha handle real time data.

  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce marketing Associate
  • Salesforce Copado DevOps
  • Salesforce AI Associate
