Job Description:
· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation for inbound and outbound deliveries
· Liase with supplier, manufacturers, and retailers.
· Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
· Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
· Prepare the stock checks, stock transfer between retail shops and ensure sufficient stock in every retail shops.
· Refine workflow and offer recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations
· Coach, guide and train other colleagues and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practices results, added value and continuous improvements.
· Familiar with company’s policies and procedure
· Develop a strong working relationship, team-work with in-store managers and colleagues
· Perform and complete all jobs assigned as required by superior.
