- Position Title: Site Operations Executive/Project Executive (Industrial)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm; Saturday, 8 am – 12 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4,300 (Basic + Incentives) + Transport Allowance + Transport Reimbursement + HP Reimbursement + AWS + Quarterly Incentives + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for liaising and coordinating with both internal and external parties to ensure compliance with waste collection requirements at customer sites.
- Oversee the company’s onsite waste collection processes, including daily collection, logistics arrangements, site waste container inspections, maintenance, and electronic submission of waste consignment based on weighbridge information.
- Work closely with customer site operations day coordinators and Environmental Specialists to understand their needs and clarify any uncertainties.
- Assist in planning both minor and major shutdown maintenance waste containment requirements alongside the maintenance team, day coordinators, and operations staff.
- Ensure all company personnel adhere to safety, environmental, and health policies, reviewing their work activities and Job Safety and Risk Assessments (JSRA).
- Manage communications with customers, including following up on emails and providing periodic updates on any required follow-up actions.
- Organize Safety Induction Course (SIC) orientations and other focused training sessions for company personnel.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the collection process, discuss improvement ideas with customers and company personnel, and submit proposals for final approval.
- Participate in contractor meetings as required by customers, providing feedback and required actions to the Integrated Waste Management (IWM) Assistant Manager.
- Conduct investigations, report findings, and implement preventative and corrective actions involving company personnel at customer premises.
- Liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as the National Environment Agency (NEA) regarding licenses and permits, keeping the customer informed about regulatory changes.
- Assist the IWM Assistant Manager in managing the customer care program, monitoring customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used, and business strategy.

- Diploma or Degree in any discipline, with at least 2 years of experience in project management within an industrial environment.
- Holder of industrial permits (e.g., SOC) is preferred.
- Availability to work on-site at customer locations, including weekends, Sundays, and public holidays as required by job demands.
- Possess personal transportation.
