· Provide support in Business Development activities and serve as primary technical contact with customers
· Ensure proper qualification of new projects and successful implementation of programs in the production/manufacturing unit
· Track and monitor project progress to ensure project schedules and cost objectives are met
· Provide support to BD manager in generating quotation for molding projects involving new toolings
· Work with Manufacturing on developing and establishing workflows and production concepts
· Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects
· Initiate equipment procurement activities for new projects when needed (with Purchasing)
· Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting groups to achieve successful project execution
Requirements:
· Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience with some knowledge of managing healthcare or medical products
· Good knowledge of project management and production process. Knowledge of plastics molding or tooling will be advantageous.
· Good communications, organizational and planning abilities
· Independent, good initiative and able to multitask in fast paced environment
· Office: Joo Koon/Boon Lay | Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:45pm)
· Monthly salary x 13 + Variable Bonus. Monthly salary will commensurate according to experiences
