The selected individual will be working within the sales function of our recruitment business, working on both client acquisition and candidates search for our partners in the Services, Construction, Logistics, F&B, Engineering industry and more!
Job Responsibilities-
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment matters
- Search/engage with potential candidates and advise candidates on available roles
- Profile candidates accordingly and present to clients
- Facilitate interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Candidate management work / sales operations work
- Identifying and pitching to clients in identified sectors
- Identify and work with clients to understand their talent needs

Key Requirements-
- Possess minimum Diploma or 1 year of similar recruitment experience
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Independently motivated and driven
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Chinese speaking capability is an added advantage in order to liaise with Mandarin speakers
