What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement innovative solutions for our full range of products.
- Build out industry-leading finanical platforms.
- Performance optimization for overall backend architecture aiming for low latency, high availability and scalability
- Build high availability high performance distributed service.
- Improve technology best practices and code reviews for peers.
- Work closely with Product, Design and Marketing teams to drive rapid innovation in cross-functional teams.
What We Look For In You
- Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in backend development, with data structures/algorithms.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent with high performance Java and async programming patterns.
- 5 years of experience with distributed systems and micro service architecture.
- Experience leading project teams and defining technical strategies.
- Proven track record of collaborating with teams across different offices and time zones, and managing cross-functional projects.
Nice to Have
- Willing to learn all aspects of trading products in financial and crypto markets, including spot, future, swap, options, and structured products.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
