Assistant Facilities Manager / Facilities Manager

Job Descriptions

  • Plan, supervise and manage all facilities maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.
  • Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with the consultants and client.
  • Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
  • Conduct inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
  • Recommend and implement improvement works if needed, at client’s premises to meet high service standards and facilitate / maintain good working relationship with client.
  • Familiarise and able to do quotation.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering or equivalent.

5.5 Work Days week

Based in Punggol
