Job Description:
Our client is seeking skilled Operations Executives to support Managers in enhancing productivity. It is essential to achieve and maintain the required cycle times to meet the business’s projected capacity and service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the Assistant Manager: Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
· Effective Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily warehouse operations to meet requirements.
· Customer Order Fulfillment: Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
· Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, picking, packing, and logistics operations.
· Incident Analysis and Reporting: Investigate and analyze mistakes, provide solutions, report incidents, and conduct counseling as needed.
· SOP Compliance: Maintain all operational areas and documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
· Team Communication: Communicate with the warehouse operational team on operational matters or duties.
· Order Coordination: Track and coordinate orders requiring special attention (Ad hoc orders, Urgent Orders, etc.).
· Report Generation and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports for management.
· Inter-Department Coordination: Liaise with Inward and Outward movements of goods.
· Stock Taking: Responsible for perpetual and annual stock taking, and provide periodic reports on stock movements.
· Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures, supporting a safe working environment including the safe operation of equipment.
· KPI Achievement: Ensure daily and monthly KPIs/targets are met.
· Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with Company’s project, operational, quality, regulatory, and HS&E (Health, Safety, Environment) standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 requirements.
Requirements:
· Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, with prior experience in supply chain and warehouse operations for the healthcare sector.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of Warehouse and Distribution Operations and Procedures, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
