Project Coordinator Job Description
• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of renovation / commercial fit-out projects within scheduled time, cost and quality

• Work closely with clients, project team, relevant authorities and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery and timely completion of projects

• Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical details / proposals, risk assessment plans

• Conduct regular site inspections, project / safety meetings in ensuring quality and timely deliverables

• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience
