Key job scope tasks:
- Support preparation of business proposals and pitch documents
- Research and gather information on legal entity structure
- Assist in gathering business and functional requirements
- Conduct financial analysis, financial statements review and assess business performance
- Support team for various restructuring and insolvency appointments such as for scheme of arrangement, restructuring, judicial management, receiverships, liquidations and bankruptcy
- Prepare documents and assist in sale process for distressed assets
- Assist in drafting correspondence and communicate with various stakeholders during engagements
- Maintain internal and external relationships to drive desired outcomes
- Assist in other related financial work as required by the Firm.
