As a Business Development Executive (IT professional services, contracting practice), you will hunt for new IT contracting business, look for new opportunities and new accounts, liaise with the Technology Recruiters to find matching profiles and bring new contracting services revenue. You will be free: no one overshadows you or prevents you from getting new business and fulfill your desire to succeed. You will completely manage the full sales cycle.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Manage accounts effectively, taking ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the government sector, leveraging your knowledge of IT contracting services.
- Qualifying client needs and selling IT contracting services.
- Working closely with the recruiting team to find the perfect candidate
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, specifically with government clients or account management in a contracting services environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
