Responsibilities
- Develop engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs.
- Carry out structural design analysis and calculations.
- Participate in the tendering processes and monitors the work of contractors and subcontractors.
- Maintain overall records of incoming and outgoing documents, drawing registers, RFI and shop drawings to ISO standard compliance.
- Assist Project Job Captains to resolve design and attend to site queries/ issues
- Review and approve contractor’s shop drawings and material submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
- Positive attitude & meticulous, has an eye for details
- Good communication & inter-personal skills, team-player
- Fast learner & ability to multi-task & work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Powerpoint.
