### Roles & Responsibilities
· Conduct English classes
· Develop and customize lesson plans to meet individual learning needs
· Evaluate and assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
· Prepare and maintain teaching materials and resources
· Engage students through interactive activities to improve language skills
· Monitor and track student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
· Any other duties assigned from time to time
### Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or English, or equivalent
· Prior experience in teaching English is preferred
· Ability to independently create lesson plans tailored to students' needs
· Patience and a strong sense of responsibility to foster a positive learning environment
