Job Description
- Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.
- Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals
- Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications
- Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients
- Oversees progress on-site work and resolves any arising issues
- Ensures design quality and authority compliance
- Liaise with the clients, other consultants and local authorities.
- Work with the relevant parties in the authorities' submission, project execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision
Job Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Architectural and must be recognized by Board of Architects Singapore
- We welcome fresh graduates, candidates with only Part 1 are welcome to apply.
- Ability in using computer-aided design such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Sketchup and Microsoft Office, etc.
- Good project management skills, excellent communication and coordination skills and great conceptualization and presentation skills
