Responsibilities
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum and mechanical products.
- Handle full pump servicing, including installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
- Provide onsite technical advice to customers.
- Manage projects and meet tight deadlines when required.
- Perform installation and commissioning tasks.
- Offer frontline support for field service activities, including fault finding, repairs, and scheduled maintenance as needed.
- Use SAP to log service information, create field service notifications, and track orders to completion.
- Provide clear, accurate reports to team leaders or technical support to support decision-making for resolving product issues.
Requirements
- ITE/ Diploma in Engineering
- Able to commit to OT and 24/7 Standby
