What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming Walk-ins: Be the friendly face our customers see when they walk in, guiding them through inquiries and helping them with the registration process.
- Assisting Online & Phone Inquiries: Handle phone calls and online registrations with professionalism and a customer-first attitude, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all our clients.
- Administrative Support: Provide key administrative support within the customer service department, helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Qualifications: At least GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a frontline role where you’ve honed your communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus Points for Microsoft NAV Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft NAV (Navision) software is an advantage, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a 5-day work week, including weekends (with your choice of off days on Mondays/Tuesdays or Thursdays/Fridays).
- Multiple Locations: We have openings at Bukit Batok, Macpherson, Woodlands, and Lok Yang, Tuas—choose the location that’s most convenient for you!
