Job Description:
- PC setup & troubleshooting, application setup & configurations for end-users
- Oversee the IT infrastructure and equipment which includes Print server, Desktops, Laptops & windows workstations
- Managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IP Addressing, Group Policy
- SCCM Asset Management, WSUS Server & Patch Management
- Assist in maintenance of anti-virus platform for servers and client PCs, conduct test and deployment of Microsoft patches for servers and clients
- Review and monitor the IT infrastructure to ensure that it is secure and optimized
- Support network & server of the company, plan, recommend and implement improvement to the IT infrastructure of the company
- Perform Backup & Restoration
- File Server Access Management, Firewall and Security Administration
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Preferably have 3 years of experience in IT operations, PC Support & Troubleshooting, infrastructure, network administration and end user support.
- Experience in Desktop, Laptop Support & Troubleshooting, O/s & Application configuration
- Experience in Windows10, Routers, Firewall, Switches, Wireless communication, WAN, FTP, Proxy
- Willing to perform Overtime
