Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key support to Centralized Finance (CEFI) product directors/leaders in project management, focusing on developing efficient SOPs, best practices, and identifying critical issues/bottlenecks that impact product development.
- Champion project management across CEFI product teams to ensure alignment. This involves actively aligning OKRs, breaking down goals and objectives in line with the company's overall direction.
- Act as the project management expert when communicating in various product teams across CEFI to ensure timelines, goals, resources and objectives are constantly well-managed.
- Utilize tech software such as Jira, Confluence, and others to encourage effective documentation and communication of product initiatives within product teams.
- Employ a data-driven approach to drive positive impact and influence, particularly in measuring success across the CEFI Product team.
Requirements:
- Min. degree education with over 3 years of project management experience in global companies, demonstrating a successful track record in scaling product teams through effective project management processes.
- Strong understanding of backend systems and technical implementations.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at driving conflict resolution, positively influencing stakeholders, identifying risks/opportunities, and prioritizing resources effectively.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, results-oriented, data-driven, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
