- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Construction Industry
- Position Title: Purchasing Admin /Sales Support Admin
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Kaki Bukit) – Walking distance to the company
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2400 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase materials/equipment.
- Liaise with vendors and monitor the purchase order schedule.
- Utilize the purchasing system with Microsoft Navision.
- Reconcile vendor delivery orders (DO) with purchase orders (PO).
- Perform other purchasing duties as assigned.

- Min. 1 year of working experience in a related industry
- Having experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Training is provided to inexperience candidate
