Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards to facilitate efficient data analysis for product performance, customer profiles, business insights and product effectiveness.
- Conduct quantitative analysis and data mining to support management decisions and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Organize and prepare regular reports relating to business performance and service usage.
- Work closely with the Data Engineer to develop models and bring up new predictive ideas.
- Hands-on with data ingestion, ETL process and automation across systems and platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or related disciplines in Computer Science, Big Data, Data Analytics and Statistics.
- 1-3 years of experience in high data volume, unstructured data environments.
- Proficiency in SQL is a must, Good at Python is nice to have.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI etc. Must be strong in Excel.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Proficient in understanding business lingos.
- Good communication skills with the ability to share complex findings with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in transaction/E-payment industries is a plus.
