Responsibilities:
- Address patients' medical inquiries with responsiveness and professionalism.
- Provide clear and professional communication of medical recommendations.
- Manage patient cases effectively, including scheduling appointments, coordinating tests, and overseeing treatments.
- Streamline medical processes to enhance patient understanding and accessibility.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Valid Nursing License (Singapore or Indonesia).
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in ICU/ A&E/ Wards settings.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia as need to communicate with Indonesia patients and translate documents from Bahasa Indonesia to English
