Permanent Part Time Strength & Conditioning Coach

Job Overview:

We’re thrilled to invite a talented and motivated Trainee Coach to join our team at SwoleFit Garage! As a Strength & Conditioning Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from our experienced coaches, customize training programs for our diverse members, and play a key role in our gym’s success. If you’re passionate about fitness, have a strong background in training, and are eager to help others reach their goals, we want you on our team!


Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and consultations with members to gain insight into their fitness goals, medical history, and training preferences.
  2. Customized Training Programs: Develop and implement personalized strength and conditioning programs tailored to the unique needs, abilities, and goals of our members.
  3. Group Fitness Classes: Lead dynamic and engaging group strength and conditioning classes, providing challenging workouts suitable for participants of all fitness levels.
  4. Progress Tracking: Monitor member progress, track performance metrics, and adjust training programs to optimize results and ensure satisfaction.
  5. Nutritional Guidance: Provide practical nutritional advice to support members’ fitness goals and overall well-being.
  6. Member Motivation: Inspire and motivate members to remain dedicated to their fitness journey, providing continuous encouragement, support, and accountability as needed.
  7. Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on the latest research, trends, and best practices in strength and conditioning through ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  1. Certification: Hold a valid certification in strength and conditioning, personal training, or a related field from a reputable organization.
  2. Experience: Prior related experience is an advantage.
  3. Expertise: Possess a strong knowledge and passion in strength training, functional movement patterns, weightlifting, and conditioning protocols.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey instructions, motivate members, and build rapport.
  5. Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional demeanor, reliability, and a steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
