Job Descriptions:
- Perform daily inspection, supervision, maintenance of facilitiy and cleanliness
- Maintain record and daily submission of reports
- Ensure the check in and check out process of residents is done expeditiously and seamlessly
- Response to residents' queries and concerns expeditiously
- Manage and Enforce In-house Rule and Regulations
- Induction and Orientation of new resident; House rule, Contact and Services
- Rooms inspection during check in and check out residents
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least diploma in hotel management or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is required for this position
- Team player and able to supervise the Team
- Good understanding in hospitality procedures
- Able to work on shift including weekends and Public Holidays
- Responsible
- Good communication skills with all levels of employee
