We are looking for a Research Fellow to work on a new project on fats differentiation studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work on cultivated meat project
- To support research work on biological aspects of alternative protein technology.
- To oversee the progress of various related projects
Job Requirements:
- Masters/PhD Degree in molecular biology, and related degrees
- Experience in cell differentiation, particularly adipose cells biology; cultivated meat will be viewed favorably
- Excellent knowledge of adipose derived stem cells biology and differentiation into fat cells
- Cultivated meat industry knowledge
- Good hands-on experience on all related characterization
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently, develop solutions under strict timelines
- Meticulous and eye for details
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
