Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The job scope shall be managing the group’s regulatory, licensing and operating compliance, reporting and administration functions. This shall include drawing up enterprise risk management programmes for new funds being set up and operating companies that are invested by our funds. The staff shall also be assigned ad hoc risk management related projects related to the above responsibilities from time to time.
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in accountancy, business or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit or any related risk management roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous
