Responsibilities
As Administrative Executive in our healthcare division, you plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of ENGIE facilities team.
- Oversee daily operations and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital operations.
- Coordinate with facility team and site team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist and support the development and implement of ENGIE policies and procedures
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, ensuring costing, billing, invoices are submitted on timely manner.
- Prepare and manage employee expenses claim, timesheet and attendance report.
- Ensure operations team complies with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
- Assist to manage operations team resources, including supplies and equipment coordination for site work.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of staff information.
- Problem Solving: Address any operational issues that arise and implement solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare reports for operations needs and present them to senior management.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma holder and above.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior experience in construction, healthcare administration or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Singapore code of Practice and regulations will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage authorities submission and report.
