CTP (Computer to Plate) Operator (Up to $3000 / Ang mo kio)

Job Title : CTP (Computer to Plate) Operator (ID3442)
Location : Ang mo kio
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 9am-6pm ,Sat 9am-1pm
Salary : $2000-$3000

Job Descriptions :
• Operate and maintain CTP equipment to ensure high-quality plate production.
• Create and manage work orders for various printing projects.
• Understand and execute the basic book folding processes.
• Layout and prepare documents for different binding methods including saddle stitch, perfect binding, and thread-sewn binding.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with CTP equipment or processes.
• Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures.
Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CTP Operator or in a related role.
• Proficiency in operating CTP equipment.
• Experience with PC Equios Layout Software is highly preferred; if not familiar, willingness to learn is required.
• Strong understanding of book folding processes and various binding methods.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
