Job description
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Project Architect/Project Manager in project planning, coordination works of all architectural trades, finishes and interfacing with M&E and Structural detail.
- Ensure all architectural drawing, material sample submission, and method statement are submitted on time as per program.
- Interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies and propose alternative material/work method for architectural work.
- Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues
- Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of Architectural Drafter experience in Construction Sector.
- Ability to use AutoCad, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Project, and other digital tools.
