Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and vet tender documents which include drafting contracts/specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders and awarding construction and procurement sub-contracts
- Evaluate tender submissions and preparation of sub-contract/work order administration matters including but not limited to assessing contractor’s claims for variation works
- Ensure compliance with appropriate tendering and procurement procedures
- Assist in recommending and implementing innovative solutions and best practices on procurement and contract strategy and related functions
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in a related field or construction background is preferred.
- Experience in Private Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, and PPVC Projects is an advantage
- Good communication and written skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work well in a team, independently and demonstrate initiative and commitment
