1. Steamer
- The Chef (Steamer) is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of steamed Cantonese dishes, maintaining the authenticity and high standards of traditional Cantonese cuisine. This role requires a strong understanding of the nuances of steaming techniques and the ability to manage high-volume, high-quality output in a kitchen environment.
2. Stove
- The Chef (Stove) is responsible for preparing a range of wok-cooked Cantonese dishes, using traditional cooking techniques to ensure authentic flavors and quality. This role requires expertise in high-heat wok cooking, timing, and skillful handling of ingredients to deliver consistent and excellent dishes in a kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as steam/stove chef in cantonese cuisine
- Proficiency in wok cooking techniques and understanding of Cantonese flavor profiles.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

- Location: Orchard
- Working hours: 5 days work week, split shift
