Location: Jurong Pier – pick up at Lakeside
Working hours: 8.15am - 5.30pm (Mon - Thur), Fri 8.15am - 5pm (Fri)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the plant complies with relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, guidelines and codes of practice
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards on site
- Maintain all safety records, including inspection logs, safety training records, incident reports and risk assessments
- Forklift training program and periodical training update for forklift drivers
- Lead HSE committee
- Prepare and submit detailed incident reports to management and relevant authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Organize and conduct fire emergency response drills twice per year
Requirements:
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field with minimum 1-2 years of work experience
- Registered workplace safety & health officer
- Qualified Fire Safety Manager is required
- Occupational First Aid Course (OFA) is a plus
- Good knowledge in ISO OHSAS 45001 and ISO14001 will be added advantage
