Job Description:
- Conduct general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.
- Prepare and monitor tender documents, contracts, budgets, claims, bills of quantities and site related documentation.
- Prepare the material schedule & cost analysis.
- Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier’s obligations.
- Provide AutoCAD, BIM support in the form of sketches, shop drawings or construction drawings.
- Any other admin jobs and duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
