Role:
- Oversee tasks related to container lease payments, including both payables and receivables.
- Monitor automated lease invoicing processes, troubleshoot issues, and resolve invoice discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
- Process DV invoices for total loss containers and perform ad-hoc credit or debit adjustments as needed.
- Manage total loss and container revival processes according to SOP.
- Conduct thorough assessments of total loss requests received from regional or local offices.
- Follow up with respective offices on TPB collection statuses and approve total loss requests.
- Review and coordinate the total loss revival process, working closely with stakeholders.
- Manage container sale and disposal activities, executing the sales process to meet scale adjustment targets.
- Conduct negotiations and bidding with buyers, evaluating their offers effectively.
- Participate in automation and system improvement initiatives.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultural contexts.
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented team player, with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of troubleshooting and identifying opportunities for business process improvement.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and methods.
- Experience with data management software like Tableau and Looker is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in billing settlement and container inventory control/operations in liner shipping are preferred.
