As an Events Marketing Intern at Moomoo Singapore, you will assist in planning, executing, and promoting events for Offline, B2C and corporate initiatives. You’ll be exposed to all aspects of event management, from logistics to marketing, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your contributions will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand presence and enhancing user engagement.
Events Marketing Intern
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing online and offline events, including webinars, workshops, and community events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Help develop engaging content to promote events across various channels, including social media, emails, and the Moomoo platform, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns promoting events, leveraging tools like email marketing, social media, and in-app notifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other partners to ensure all logistical elements are in place for seamless event execution.
- Support community-driven events, such as Corporate initiatives, aimed at growing and engaging Moomoo’s user base.
- Gather event-related data and feedback, assisting in the preparation of post-event reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest event marketing trends and contribute ideas for innovative event formats and experiences.

Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
- Ability to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 - 6 months
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills
- Excellent research, analytical and project management skills
- Self-driven to independently complete assigned research and projects under minimal supervision
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to speak and type in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Photoshop or editing skills is a plus
- Internship commitment from January 2025 onwards
