We are seeking a talented and experienced Burmese Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. Key Responsibilities
Menu Development and Culinary Expertise
- Design and curate an authentic and innovative Burmese menu that reflects traditional flavors while incorporating modern trends.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to the highest standards of taste and aesthetics.
- Experiment with new recipes, seasonal ingredients, and techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Team Leadership and Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Supervise daily kitchen activities and provide clear instructions to team members.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages growth and creativity.
Operational Management
- Oversee kitchen inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to maintain cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable establishment, preferably specializing in Burmese or Southeast Asian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Burmese cooking techniques, ingredients, and cultural significance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
