- Queue management and crowd control
- Assist customers with generic queries when they step into branches.
- Direct customers to correct queues.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Open to schedule as per assigned by supervisors during branch operation hour.
- Willingness to be on your feet most of the time
