• To be Involved in tender preparation, evaluation, compilation and submission.
• Follow up on bid status after submission of tender and update all relevant parties upon successful bidding of tender.
• Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Prepare for the monthly progress claim and take note of different submission timeframe.
• Working with Project Director to keep track of materials and advise when scope requires additional materials beforehand.
• Check actual work-done and certify Sub-con Payments.
• Prepare Progress Claims and Progress Report.
• Drafting of Shopdrawing/Construction drawing using AutoCad, SketchUp (REQUIRED)
• Ability to use Revit, Know to how to use BIM Modelling Software is a plus
• Measure and submit All Variation Order (VO) work-done.
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
• Working and Integrating work scope with all internal departments
