Plans, delivers and executes technical activities to provides services directly and indirectly to Client’s internal and external customers.
Capabilities in troubleshooting and solve all technical problems under standard conditions and in common and less usual situations. Has growing understanding of more complex fault cases including multi-disciplinary cases as following scope;
- Responsible for installation, troubleshooting and integration work of Client’s Products covering 4G & 5G technologies
- Ability to provide RAN solutioning
- OSS KPI monitoring and Report review and submission progress
- Prepare weekly report and to provide the Data fillTroubleshoot case handling ( log collecting and analayze) and emergency support
- Able to use and read protocoll analayzer ( EMIL ,K15 , Nethawk ,wireshark, Megamon, Megaplexer & SIMCA) as troubleshooting tools
- KPI degradation verification and troubleshooting
- Support trial and first implementation of new feature and technology implementation for 4G & 5G RAN troubleshooting
- Advanced technical support tasks including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Can work independently with all standard and many complex and non-standard tasks in a wide range of technical situations.
- 5G technology knowledge / competency in latest SW/HW release i.e. 5G19A/B
Works typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level: -
- Supporting all trial / new project activity in latest SW/HW release in the testbed / life environment
- Prepare parameter setting for feature testing and special project
- Coordinate customer and configuration team for CR implementation
- Support technical issues related to KPI analysis

7+ years’ experience in 3G/4G and 2 – 3 years in 5G RAN Installation, commissioning & integration
