Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director and working in collaboration with the client & markets, brand and communications teams, the candidate is expected to do the following:
- Coordinates the preparation of client presentations, proposals and pitches.
- Drafts and edits practice and sector materials including brochures, and client presentations in support of our business development opportunities.
- Collects and tracks representative experience and facilitates maintenance of the Firm’s experience database.
- Maintains library of materials for pitches, proposals responses.
- Conducts research on current and prospective clients and industry trends.
- Assists with events and webinars – internal and external.
- Managing the client relationship
- Develop marketing and external communications programmes
- Oversee and assist with the production of marketing materials
- Be familiar with the channel partners in China to penetrate the market efficiently
- Assist practice partners in the development and implementation of BD plans, and in tracking progress against objectives
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Minimum 8 year marketing and/or business development experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to accept responsibilities and demonstrate initiative
- Resourceful, independent and able to work well under pressure
