Requirements:
- A Levels or Diploma holders.
- Min. 1 year of relevant admin working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g.: MS Excel)
Description:
- Handle various office administration duties, such as warrant cards, security passes, and fixed assets, and user trainings.
- Liaise and work with various departments and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in reviewing and streamline workflow and processes. Assist with any UAT testing.
- Documentation and data entry duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
